I finally got out of our contract without Joseph S Help. He just kept telling me stop your payments, which resulted in to be turned collection's.Finally I kept sending letters to Wyndham/Worldmark. They finally settled with us, without Joseph's help. I keep sending emails about a refund, my emails are ignored. I am not able to speak at this time!Obviously we are not happy with the Service, still waiting for a refund. It more than likely will be never!

Joseph was amazing! We struggled for years trying to dump our timeshare. We had been taken in the past and were gun shy to trust anyone else, but he restored our faith. He walked us through the process all the way to the end. We cant thank him enough for freeing us from timeshare hell!
