NTPTS has been a pleasure to work with over the years. Anyone I have come in contact with has been pleasant, knowledgable and professional. If you want someone with the talent and know how to deal with your property tax protests, I highly recommend this group. I have used this type of service for awhile, but these folks are head and shoulders above the rest. Worth the money too!

THEY CHARGED ME $299 TO DO $10 TAX REDUCTION. LEFT A VOICEMAIL AND MESSAGE AND UNTIL NOW THEY DID NOT HAVE THE COURTESY TO CALL ME BACK. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST, THEY ARE RIDICULOUSLY RETARDED.

Tremendously appreciative, ecstatic, and THANKFUL for Brandi Hanson and the entire team at North Texas Property Tax Services (NTPTS)!! They delivered two GIGANTIC WINS for my family and I which has resulted in an ample amount of savings. We purchased our home in Frisco for under a million and were taken back by Collin County's appraisal of over $1.3M. Our fellow neighbor recommended Brandi and NTPTS to look into property tax protest, and especially with her delivering a HUGE WIN for their family a year prior. Multiple families on our block enlisted Brandi to spearhead our initial property tax protest, while a few decided to go about it on their own accord.
