I was going through the Austin rental spots and almost threw in the towel it was so frustrating. Then found these guys and they were able to do everything I needed, meet budget, get custom, great responsiveness and communication -- the whole salami! I couldn't recommend more

I have lived in Dallas for more than a year on a work contract. My housing location has changed twice and Charter has been very flexible and understanding each time I have moved. On second move, apartment was damaged by leaking rain water. Charter was right there to help me. They are a very professional team all the way from sales, to warehouse, to movers!!! Wonderful people and business to rent furniture for your apartment!

Had the BEST experience working with two of their furniture movers today as I exchanged a couch. That process was seamless and extremely easy. I was able to get an accurate timing estimate for their arrival and therefore was able to be home. These drivers. were from Austin truck 6 - blanking on their names but they did a FANTASTIC job and were some of the most professional movers I'd ever dealt with.
