Mr. Hacker refuses to respond to my emails or voice messages for assistance with my father's probate. He was, however, willing to take over $3,000 from an 85 year old man with a few acres and a mobile home to set up a "living trust". Absolutely ridiculous. The trust paperwork states that Mr. Hacker's services include 'assistance to heirs after your death'. No such service has been forthcoming. Sad that 'professionals' can take advantage of seniors this way.
