    Can't get on the phone with a customer service Rep. Everytime at least a 30 minute wait

    Customer service at NLG is horrible! I have asked for a follow-up call from a MANAGER since late October or early November and still no one has called. Every time you call customer service there are long wait times, no consistency among the customer service reps who never have answers when you call. They just tell you to call back or follow-up and when you do the cycle starts all over again.

    NLG uses a third party so the agent I had was horrible. When setting up all 3 of my IUL policies she set it up in a way where all these fees were applied so alot of unnecessary underwriters were getting paid. The company isn't personable, agents are so disconnected and are only interested in drawing a monthly commission. I'm a HUGE stickler for customer service. How you handle people that chose to do business with you speaks volumes. You don't get the privilege to do business with me after mishandling me and my funds....UNACCEPTABLE.. Piss poor service!

    Waste of a time for an interview. They don't even send you an email saying "I'm sorry to inform you, but we'll be moving along with other candidates." it's been well over a month. very poor service you all have

    If you need to call them for anything, be prepared to be on hold for at least 30 minutes. It is unreal. Sometimes they will give you an estimated wait time, sometimes they don't. The estimated wait time is always wrong anyway, so it doesn't matter. Sometimes they will ask you if you want a callback so you don't have to wait. I requested a callback one time. No one ever called me back. It is infuriating. I don't feel comfortable with a company that is this hard to contact having so much of my money. Funny they took 4 years to respond to this review. Kinda funny, huh?
