We appreciate Mr. Kerley being open to revising our policy to provide us the coverage we need at a cost that makes sense for us. Brad has always been straightforward and easy to communicate with, prompt with responses and strives to do the best for his clients. We have been with Brad for all of our insurance needs since moving to Texas in the mid-90s. I can't state emphatically enough how wonderful he has been to us and how happy/satisfied we are with his agency's services. Recently, we had a major issue with an automobile and Brad went to bat for us, well over-and-above what we could've reasonably expected, and helped us reconcile a situation in our favor. Isn't that what anyone wants in their insurance representative? Someone who will fight for their interests? That's why we've been with The Brad Kerley Agency for over 30 years. Relationships matter! Brad has been our representative for all of our insurance needs for 30+ years, and here's why... In December, we hit a deer on I40 in Arkansas which caused considerable damage. The logistics of the incident caused confusion within the insurance company and getting resolution was difficult and time-consuming. Brad jumped in and went to bat for us, going far-and-above what we could've reasonably expected, and helped us reconcile the situation in our favor. Isn't that what anyone wants in their insurance representative? Someone who will fight for their interests? I have lived in six different states, owned many different cars and used various car insurance companies over the years. NEVER have I ever experienced the genuine professional service as Mr. Kerley continually provides his clients. He stayed in constant contact with his clients thru the enormous winter storm Texas had in February and constantly throughout this Covid 19 disaster. He is always directly available and extremely accommodating in time of need. You could not find better car insurance coverage than Bradey Kerley's Agency at Allstate Insurance in Addison!!
