I do not think this upstanding company my name was on a life insurance policy I believe the agent name quoc tran and L Nguyen remove it I did not do business with this company, please go somewhere else

Horrible customer service. 2 months of back and fourth and policy is still not active. If it is this hard to get a policy active just think how hard it is to get a payout if you ever need them. Go anywhere else.

I signed up for a policy 5 years ago. The agent that came to see me disappeared after that, and I have no way to contact him. I have been on hold with the company for literally 45 minutes right now and cannot get a human to answer. The website does not answer my questions, and there seems to be no way to talk to anybody about my account. They call the number their "customer relations" line, but there are no relations if they won't speak to you. Today is my second attempt in a week to call; last time I gave up after 25 minutes. So frustrated and would love to move my money elsewhere if I could ever get ahold of someone to do that.
