I ordered a bouquet online and it was vastly different from what was delivered. I called for complete satisfaction per the back of the card and was told to contact the online customer service to inquire. Zero help and I would never recommend this florist. Go with a more reputable company for your floral needs.

Ordered flowers through ProFlowers that were never delivered by a different florist for a different day. I got a call from this florist the next day, after the order had been canceled to confirm the address and told me that ordering through proflowers was my first mistake. Then cut me off on the phone after I tried to explain the order had been canceled the previous day. Very rude on the phone. If they think ordering flowers through ProFlowers is a mistake, why do they accept orders through ProFlowers? There were legitimate issues with what ProFlowers communicated to this florist but the florist was not willing to hear what those were in order to ensure this doesnt happen again.

They have done beautiful work for a good value for me for over 5 years. Always deliver something that impresses the recipients. Only place I buy from.

I wish that I could give this place 10 stars! Great service, beautiful work, and perfect timing! I walked in looking for an arrangement w/ budget of 50 and they made it work! Less than 10 min later they handed me a beautiful floral arrangement. Thank you to the staff for doing such a great job. Will always come back! Thank you Shelia for doing an amazing job, your work is truly beautiful!
