        Filthy..fake phones..coffee and hot water tanks consistently empty..moths consistently in room...traveled extensively and this by far the worst

        OMG never againcheck-in was easy going, lobby looked good, & I also liked the style of the rooms similar to apartments. BUT once I got into my room on the 1st floor all of the windows was opened (ok no biggie) so we shut it then tried to lock the windows SMH the locks didn't work. NOT SAFE AT ALL! Especially when parking lot is not well lite & all the windows was facing it. So I called front desk & Rafael (GM) was nice & put us in another room. Once we opened the door to enter the hallway to the other room an AWFUL smell hit our nose we was like maybe it's just in hallway but OH NO the room smelled just as WORST. We turned around quickly & at that point we were frustrated & didn't want to stay here. The GM refunded our money back without a problem & we went down the street to Red Roof Inn which was CHEAPER, CLEANER, SAFE, & VERY QUIET

        HORRIBLE!!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK. Pictures need to be updated! It is so gross and run down! I couldnt wait to check out! The towels were stained. I saw rust in the room. Felt like the room wasnt clean, just organized in a way to look clean. The front desk gave me a horrible experience as soon as I checked in. I wanted to cancel my entire stay as soon as I spoke to him. So unprofessional and unwelcoming. The hotel is next to a motel and that motel was super loud.

We constantly work towards keeping our property up-to-date, and it's regrettable if you found it lacking. It seems there were some concerns about feeling our rooms were superficially made presentable, which is something we never intend. Apologies for any encounters with stained towels and any perceived lack of professionalism from our team members at the front desk.
