The engine that I receive from advanced powertrain solution is the best decision I made, strong powerful inline 6 motor came out to be fantastic and also Runs very smooth like a new engine. If you like waiting on hold for 30 minutes to an hour this is the place to do business with. Horrible warranty dept. Customer service is non existent from them. Zero stars

customer service and warranty department is awful! On hold forever and then you have to jump thru hoops even though it has a no fault warranty

I have been dealing with this company since August of 2023, It is now March of 2024 and after one replacement engine compression checks and a third party technical inspector SENT BY THEM that said the engine was no good we are no closer to getting a working warranty engine than we were 6 months ago. Total joke, you need to figure there is no warranty.

One of our good customers bought an engine from this company shortly before the warranty was to run out cylinder number five developed a misfire. We discovered that that cylinder had low compression. This was in August 2023 After pulling the engine and sending it back to them we at last received a reworked or replacement engine the engine ran for less that two minutes, now two months after receiving the replacement engine in December we are still playing email tag with APS at the end of February 2024. It seems they will accept no responsibility for now a second bad engine. It is looking like the customer will have to go the small claims court path with them. We had recommended a Jasper re manufactured engine up front but granted it would have been about $900 more but well worth it.
