Addison Family Dentistry

Easily my best experience with any dentist!! I have a severe phobia of dentists and teeth, and have never been made to feel more comfortable than I am here. I dont feel judged for my phobia or for the work I need to have done, and they explain everything really clearly and are happy to answer follow up questions. Ive had such a stellar experience with them that I will be hesitant to ever move out of DFW. They are genuinely THAT good! My care plan was custom crafted (and even had multiple options in case I had budgetary restrictions) and was explained very thoroughly. If you are scared of dentists, this is the only place you should go. Ive been to trauma-informed sedation dentistry specialists, and Addison Family Dental blew them out of the water with their compassion and excellent service. 300 out of 10; if I could give more than five stars, I would!

Im not much for leaving reviews but felt I had to this time. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. They very much deserve it! I cant lie, its been a while since Ive been to the dentist, not one of my favorite things to do. I went in needing a cleaning and to inquire about sensitivity in an area. From the moment I walked in was made to feel comfortable and put at ease. Angela, front desk, made me feel welcome and answered all my questions. Great person to have as the first point of contact when you walk in the office. Dez, hygienist, very sweet and professional. She put me at ease through the entire process and gave me the best deep cleaning Ive ever had. She was also very clean and took the time to wipe and sterilize every machine after use. Very important these days. Dr. Adrian was professional yet easy to talk to. He advised me on what I saw and what needed to be done to fix them. I never felt pressured or rushed and he took the time to answer every question and concern I had. Loralie, who handles billing, was very knowledgeable and nice. We went over all my options for payment and scheduled my next visit. She is the perfect person for the job and made me feel they were genuinely concerned with my needs and not just another dollar sign. Overall, best experience Ive ever had at the dentist and Im looking forward to meeting the rest of the office next time I visit. Thank you to Dr. Adrian and all your staff!

Been coming here for years now. All the staff is always very friendly. Would recommend to all my friends and family in the Addison area. Its always great seeing Dr. Adrian. He is the best!
