Do not order blinds from this company! It has been almost a year since we paid deposit for blinds installation. We still have windows with no blinds in our house and missing parts. Blackout blinds in our master bedroom are misaligned and have big gaps between the side of the blind and the wall, which made it impossible to sleep. We had to pay extra $6K to install blackout curtains. Our multiple texts and emails regarding the completion of the project are being ignored. This company was a recommendation by our home builder and they did fine on Audio Visual but we are extremely disappointed with how they handled blinds installation.

Crown AV has been incredible to work with. From linking all of our electronics, thermostats, and alarms to Control 4, to handling questions and connectivity issues, they are super responsive and really customer oriented!! I highly recommend them.
