        They have one hell of a way of speaking to employees. Dispatcher Tim wants to call an employee worthless when theyre the ones who hasnt even gotten this employees truck fixed for the issue the employee brought to their attention. That is no way to speak to anyone, employee or not. Thats especially not a way to speak to an employee who has done nothing but be reliable and respectful and actually does his job correctly from driving to even strapping down his loads and making sure everything is good with the trailsect. Its so unprofessional and very rude. And on top of that basically making them work their lives away and barely even being home.

        Truck 25087 on 5-30-2023 tried to take the front of my truck off and forced me in the ditch. Ive seen better driving from swift.
