I had septic problems and called Stinky Steve septic service and within an hour. He was here and got me out of a bind. He always does great service and again if you have a problem, hes the guy to call.

Super nice and great attitude, great work! EDIT: Seven years later, Steve is still awesome....top 1% of humans, wish more people were like him.

Regrettably, my recent interaction with Stinky Steve's Septic was rather disappointing. I reached out to their company to schedule an inspection of the septic tank at our RV Park. However, upon contacting Steve, I was met with a surprising refusal to visit our property. Steve explained that during a prior visit, they had encountered issues resulting in damage to equipment, particularly the pump, which understandably caused reluctance on their part to return. What was concerning was Steve's adamant refusal, even upon clarifying that there had been a change in ownership at the park since their last visit. Despite attempting to convey the changes and a desire for their professional service, Steve firmly stated that they would not provide services to our park again. This unwillingness to reconsider or discuss the matter further left me feeling disheartened and dissatisfied with their customer service. It's regrettable that due to a past incident, Stinky Steve's Septic is unwilling to work with us, especially considering our genuine need for their expertise. As a result, I'm left seeking alternative options for our septic tank inspection and maintenance.

Steve provided fantastic service to me and my family. He was incredibly responsive and was able to schedule service two days later, when all other septic companies in Abilene either wouldn't call me back or said to call back in a month. Our septic system was full, and Steve went above and beyond expectations. We are officially lifelong customers.
