Absolutely terrible Hospital. They value money over quality care and often times are short staffed due to the greed of the administration. They had one great employee who they chose to be rude too and abuse until they finally had enough and has since left! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Seriously the management turnover is extremely high and they are so unprofessional and unorganized. Better off ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!

My mother was put into Encompass Rehab hospital in May. Most people leave reviews when one bad thing happens so Im going to brag on the staff because her stay was great! They were kind, professional, caring and truly cared to help her get better. The CEO, HR, quality director, the pharmacist, etc make daily rounds on the patients as well as the patients having constant supervision from nurses and therapists. My mother was very pleased with her stay. The building is clean, food was phenomenal and every single employee she saw truly cared about her wellbeing. Dr Hudman was also fantastic. He would listen to suggestions and answered questions so she could understand exactly what was expected and going on with her health care. 10/10 would recommend Encompass hospital to everyone. She got stronger and was able to safely return to her actives of daily living. Ill never be able to thank them enough for her impeccable care.

You will wait and wait. For any request. Ive been told to just use my brief and then waited another hour for help. I know that you are busy, I know that I am in pain. I dont want much, assistance getting up and down to bedside toilet, a snack as I am coughing too hard and to nauseous to eat.

Poor quality of care for my mother... neglectful on purpose
