        Not a terrible experience up till after we bought the home. Turns out last tenant did not pay his electric bill so there was a hold on it. Been without electricity for a week due to this and the horrible experience with TXU giving us the runaround and placing us on hold 27 times per phone call to "get us to the right people". I would just say a bit better research on properties by looking into utility history a bit better.

      Patrick,I'm sorry you had a poor experience. I would challenge if your frustrations here had anything to actually do with us though. Did our utility concierge not reach out to you? If you pursued it on your own when did you make the call? It sounds like your issue should be more with TXU as utility bills are not public information, and it's also not your issue to deal with the previous owners lack of payment. This doesn't change that you clearly had a frustrating experience, but I'm struggling to understand where our lack of service came into play with your frustrations with TXU to warrant the low review.
