Our tech, Jerry Wilson, was absolutely outstanding!!!! He was more than thorough, he explained everything he was doing and ensured the safety of my asthmatic family. He took every single measure possible to make sure our house was treated. He was more than professional and kind. 100000/10 would recommend again. If we could use him for every treatment we absolutely will!!!!

The first year of our contract we got fast service. This year when it came time for our yearly inspection and replacement of a bait station, no one ever called to confirm the definite day (they were supposed to set up a time within a 6 day time frame) I called back and told them no one called and terminix set up a confirmed second apt. No one called OR showed up either day, the Tues or Wed I stayed home for them, supposedly between 10-12. I FINALLY got an inspector out and he said he couldn't replace the bait trap that I had originally called for to be replaced so I had to set up ANOTHER apt. for another tech to come out, then HE wasn't aware that he was also supposed to replace the bait station AND treat the inside of the house. This was over a 6 week period. I was told they are "busy". I understand that, but don't set up apt's then never call or show up. MY time is important too and I sat around several different days waiting on techs that never showed up. We also need local contact numbers and not a general 800 number because you can NEVER get thru to a live agent. When the tech finally did show up they were very thorough, courteous, friendly and efficient. It's just the scheduling center that needs improvement. Service: Termite inspection
