Started out with a Steele and composite deck and added rain gutters and rain water collection. This job started in August of 22, I am still waiting for completion. It was my mistake to pay in full because of their constant needs. The roof was not installed properly causing leaks when rain or ice on the inside. The deck is very bouncy, and also has melting spots due to welding. The down spouts are not finished and temporary drains into tanks are unsatisfactory. I have been stood up so many times. A promise to be here and then a no show or call. When I try to contact them I do not get a response. All I wanted was a complete professional job. Visually the deck is nice but structural is a big question. I have every back up to support this complaint, but will hold to be professional on my side hoping I can change my rating to 5 stars with professional completion and proper fixes.
