        Horrible customer service , was sold a solid block of ice for a smoothie bowl, when I called to inquire I was hung up on. Will NEVER revisit this location and employees should be trained better far as customer service etiquette.

        The customer service at this Smoothie King is terrible every time I go. I went for the Friday $1 upgrade discount and it was not applied at all. I recommend going to another place.
