    Upon entering our room, it reeked of smoke. Bathroom was NOT clean. Countertop was full of hair and debrisfound a used shaving razor in the drawerfull of hair. Thank goodness I brought my own cleaning supplies or Id be sleeping in my car. Do better Candlewood!

    If I could leave zero stars I would. I had booked my room a couple weeks in advance for a camp my son would be attending. As we are driving we get an email they cancelled out reservation. No call, no message, just cancelled at 6:08pm. I called the hotel desk at 6:30pm to be told that they had no rooms left available in 2 beds and we could use a roll away. Now, we are having to pay $50/night more just to have a place to sleep because of what they did. I reached out to customer service and was told the hotel should have called us if there was any issues vs just cancelling our room. I hope someone educates the manager and their team on correct customer service.
