Brandy cleaned my 45 year old white wool and pastel Oriental 10x14 rug beautifully! It had old puppy stains and all sorts of mystery stains. Brandy was on time and very courteous. She was very helpful and addressed all of my concerns and spots. She knew all about what she was doing and got the spots out. While she was cleaning she showed me an area she had just cleaned and the area that she hadn't. It was remarkable how well the carpet looked where she had cleaned. My carpet actually looks brand new. Service master has brand new equipment. Brandy worked very hard the whole time she was at my house and payed close attention to details. She even used a tool to clean my baseboards, and cleaned the area under my sink. She went above and beyond the call of duty and I would for sure use her and Servicemaster again. I give Brandy an A+. They did a great job and was very professional. Moved all furniture back in place, didnt have to lift a finger! I will let family and friends how much of a wonderful job was done the title. Looks great, thanks!
