Area manager needs to figure out whats going on at this location. The past two times Ive had horrible issues with them. This time they gave away my rental to another store. I drove 5 hours to get this rental. Luckily asco next door had the equipment. I know who Ill be using. Wish i could give zero stars.

Went to pick up a floor sander for a project I had to get done this weekend and they would not load it into my large SUV. They told me at the time of pick up they will only load it into trucks. They then proceeded to say they are closing at 4:30 even though the website says open till 5. The customer service on the transaction was terrible but they didnt seem to care. Thanks to them I will be hand sanding floors this weekend. It would be great if they told you up front that they only load into trucks and also if they would stay open during their posted hours.

Delivery went smoothly. Operation was simple enough. After I was done, I called to let them know it was ready for pickup(even with auto pick up, my company requests a completion#) The person on the 800# was reluctant to give the #, but finally did. The next day I received an email saying that the rental went over and had not been retrieved by your company. I have no idea if it was an accident or not, but I do know that my company has the completion # from 214pm CT on 6/4/21.
