As a paramedic student at Percom, I had the opportunity to transfer my AEMT status and complete Part 2 of the paramedic program. This program can be finished in less than a year with the right schedule. My experience was slightly different, as I didn't have an ideal schedule and even attended a fire academy midway through my paramedic course. It's worth mentioning that I believe few (or none) other paramedic courses would have offered me the flexibility to do this.Taking a leave of absence for the fire academy was remarkably straightforward, thanks to Percom's understanding and support of my situation. With just a few emails, I was able to pause and later resume my studies seamlessly. The course itself lays a solid foundation for an entry-level paramedic. It encourages students to independently explore more complex topics online, allowing for a tailored learning experience based on personal interest and perceived areas for improvement. This approach was ideal for me, offering exactly what I needed to start at an entry-level and the autonomy to deepen my knowledge where I saw fit. This program is suitable for anyone aspiring to become a paramedic, especially those concerned about balancing school with life's unpredictable demands (e.g. going through a fire academy in the middle of paramedic school). Its flexibility is a significant advantage. If I were to note a drawback, it would be that scheduling for certain parts of the course can be challenging (there is fault on my end too). However, this is a minor issue in the context of my overall positive experience. In conclusion, I highly recommend Percom's paramedic program. If you're considering it, I advise you to start now. Looking back, you'll likely appreciate how instrumental this course was in your career.Thank you, Jane.

I was never able to log in to access the course. After countless calls and emails to try and get it figured out I was dropped out of the course after a week and never issued a refund. Instead of offering any kind of assistance they felt like it was appropriate to drop me from the course and keep my money. I called dozens of times per day to try to get things worked out but only got voicemails and extremely rude emails saying that I was the problem and not the course. Huge disappointment

I was able to become a Paramedic in less than a year!! Great program! Their expectations are high and the instructors who train you for skills are very knowledgeable, and make sure you know your stuff before letting you go out to the field. I would recommend this program to anyone looking to become a Paramedic, its self paced format really lets you absorb the information and move at your on flow.

Hi my names Victor Garcia , I was a student in Percom for the Paramedic 1 & 2 program . I completed the program a little over a week ago and passed the national registry as well . I have many good things to say about this program , ill try to keep it short for yall . This programs faculty WILL go above and beyond for you .If you are having any trouble through any part of the program you will have many people you can ask for help and they will never turn you down . Chris Gibson , one of the instructors in the program is always trying to lend a hand and find new ways to make the difficult / confusing parts of the program more simple. Jane Dinsmore the program director is an email away and always willing to help where she can and is for the student , they want you to succeed . Now I have to say this program was NOT easy for me. You have to work , you have to study , you have to want it, and for that I am grateful , it challenges you , makes you study , makes you put in work. I believe that if it wasnt for that I would not have passed my national registry in my first attempt . I recommend this program 10/10 times

Back in 2019, I first heard about PERCOM Online and from then on, I was intrigued. Fast forward to Fall of 2021. I finally made the leap and enrolled into the school. Since 2016, I've been working towards getting my paramedic license. However, as we all know, life came rolling up and suffice to say, my dreams were shelved. Since enrolling here, folks, I have nothing but praise for them. I've never been to a school that, whenever life happens, works with you. Everyone at PERCOM is dedicated to the success of their students. So, if you're looking for an outstanding EMS program, I highly recommend PERCOM Online. You're able to do the classwork at your own pace and always have help when you need it. And then when it's time for clinicals - you have a wide range of sites to choose from. It's far from easy, but, worth it in the end.
