Tried to return a Nintendo Switch game that my friend bought 2 days ago then gifted to me and was told that I would have to pay a $7.99 rental fee for a game I didnt even use. All the while the employee I talked to was extremely annoyed at just talking to me. Was then told if I wanted to, they could buy my $60 game back for $15 dollars. Their games have no plastic wrap, are definitely previously used, and sold for full price as a new item. Please dont buy from here, the owner is a scammer that knows what hes doing and if you really wanted subpar used items you could probably find a better deal at a garage sale. Also, Ricks Collectibles next door is the superior store, give them your business.
