Amazing owners...they care for their tenants BIG TIME......if you rent from them...then you are lucky...they are professional...and compassionate...100%.

Southwest Construction crew did a fabulous job on my remo to get my house ready for sale. They are honest, dependable, and finished the job ahead of schedule. I had to do all this long distance and that of course adds to the challenge but SWC kept me up to date on the progress, consistently sent me photos and just really exceeded my expectations. It was such a relief to get this house ready to sell and having such a great team to back up their work helped keep me calm. (Ok somewhat calm lol) Thanks so much Jessy, Missy and all your team for taking such good care of me. I want to add that my house sold before ever hitting the market!!! Give them a call you will not be disappointed.

I hired this contractor based on the reviews that I read albeit the good reviews are very old. This contractor was the worst! Im a female out of town property owner that hired him to rehab two small apartments. This was a simple job that requires very basic painting, carpentry, plumbing and floor laying skills. This was not a high level remodel job. This project should not have taken a skilled, experienced contractor with a crew longer than 6 weeks. Ive rehabbed several units and had some understanding of what was needed. After waiting 3 months for his schedule to clear to take on this job. He promised 4 weeks to complete. I always allow for 2 extra weeks as things always come up and delays happen, however there is no reason this project should have taken well over 3 months to do half the work. He just was not showing up but lying to me I finally hired some to report the days that workers showed up. We started this in July 2021 and I explained that we could not go into the holiday season with empty units, He promised we would not go into the holiday season with the units unfinished. He promised wholesale prices,. The promises were endless. Once I finally let him go at the end of December he has only did half of what was hired to do and I paid retail plus for everything! The workmanship was amateur at best! He would not communicate when asked about materials and timelines but had no problem asking for more money. He over promised and under delivered on every front. Im addition to the many lies, he tried to charge for materials he had not purchased. He made decisions and judgment calls with out speaking to me and he did things that I specifically ask him not to do. He got hostile when questioned about timelines and threatened to walk off the job and put a lien on my property. What work that was finally done extremely poor quality and I had to have most redone or just settle for sub par work. Jesse comes off as a nice guy. He talks a good talk and is convincing but he does not follow through with what he sells. The list of issues is very very long and I ultimately had to consult with my attorney. I believe he saw a female out of town owner and took advantage not counting on me to be paying attention. Nightmare experience.
