The professors are fine but the financial aid department, Linda Sellers and Natalie Comer are unprofessional and rude. Anytime I had questions about my financial aid, it would take weeks for them to get back to me. And when I did manage to get ahold of them, they were hostile and dismissive. For older women you wouldn't expect such unprofessional behaviors and them sending out emails in all caps.

This college's dual credit courses are not handled well in the high school setting. They do not honor their initial stated syllabus and will negatively impact a student's GPA. Instructors are allowed to change due dates and not allow students to get assignments turned in. When attempting to reached out we were denied the chance to even speak to anyone. Assignments are not graded timely to allow students to adjust how the complete them to appease what the instructor wants. Poor customer service and an disservice to to young students that want to pursue any college in their future. This is geared toward the program through Coleman ISD. If anyone would like to reach out to me and help with this ongoing issue it would be appreciated. This is not an isolated incident, several students are and have been impacted.

If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. This place is HORRIBLE. Getting in touch with anyone in the financial aid department is a nightmare, and when you finally do get someone, theyre incredibly rude and act as if they cannot be bothered to help. It has been an awful experience from the start trying to go to school here and I will never recommend it to anyone. Good luck trying to get anything accomplished here because nobody will help you.

Financial aid dept is an absolute joke. 1 word answers about financial aid? Me: Do I qualify for aid Cisco: no Me: what options do I have? Cisco: take out loans or pay out of pocket. No wonder their nursing program has low pass rates and the school only has 3 stars. Whats a joke.
