Called and set up an appointment with Jeff. We discussed price. Shortly before he was due at my house he called and said he was on his way, and by the way did he tell me there was a .60/mile trip charge? I said, no, he did not. Instead of apologizing, he proceeded to go on the defensive and ask if I expected him to come out for free. I said, I thought he should have included that in his estimate. He defensively said "everyone" does this and he's the cheapest carpet cleaner around. He said, I'll come out for $10, I said No, thank you. He yelled "B**ch" and hung up. I really don't suggest using this company, just based on his offensive attitude. Really glad I didn't pay the additional $10 if this is how he treats customers.
