The bodywork done on my mothers car is Exceptional, but I really want to point out the kindness you and your employees showed towards my elderly mother while explaining the process to her. That is not always an easy task, but the patience you showed her was extremely appreciated. Your companys only as good as your best employee and Normans has got some really good ones.

Mrs Darla at Normans is the best! She is the best! I must have called her 3-4 times a week and she was very nice each and every time.. kept me in the loop with everything. Any part that came in she called, sent pictures of parts to me via text. We are from Louisiana and she made this process so easy for us and located parts and stayed on their vendors to get them to her. I would recommend this place and surely drive the 10 hours if I was ever looking for a collision company. Thank yall so much our truck is back like new! The best hands down

Norman's did an outstanding job on my truck. They experienced shipping issues with the parts company but still managed to get the right ones in and have my truck back to me in less than 2 weeks. Darla was awesome at communicating and kept me well informed about the timeline. I would highly recommend their services!
