        1 star just because no stars isn't an option. These guys had us make arrangements to drop our vehicle off for a virtual vandalism claim knowing it was a virtual vandalism claim and then AFTER we dropped the car off they told us they don't do virtual vandalism claims. Huge waste of time and money.

        Insurance recommended Gerber for minor bumper, fog light damage due to hitting a deer. They quoted me 2 weeks. We are going into 8 weeks now and still waiting on parts that I personally do not feel like needed to be replaced in the first place. Almost 2 months of my car that was completely drivable, just sitting at their shop waiting for parts. They quote you a reasonable timeframe, take your car THEN order your parts.8 weeks in and still waiting on 3 parts. UPDATE: I walked into a local dealership and bought the part they stated they couldnt find. It was a mile down the road. I walked in their store and handed it to them. Totally Incompetent!!!

        Body work was well done. The side door hasn't operated correctly since returned. Tape was left around part of the frame of gate.
