Very friendly and safe apt complex. Under a great management, maintenance and security are on site. No security anymore, they refused to renew my lease again over RUMORS and I Complained about the maintenance ppl for leaving my apartment a mess after cutting 5 holes in the sheetrock while TRYING to find a leak. My apt flooded two days in a row, they took out the dishwasher and messed up the stove and shower. Left mud in the shower, floors and disconnected the stove.... In other words, I couldn't shower or cook something and it was a Friday! So I got sent packing.

We have been here a year and just signed our second lease. This is a great place to live long term. The management team is the best Ive ever experienced, and the maintenance man lives on the property and really cares about the tenants. The parking situation is wonderful. It seems like everyone picks a spot and sticks to it. Neighbors are all great and quiet. Walls seem very thick, Ive never heard anyone talking and i cant hear the upstairs neighbors even walk. The pool is well kept and stays open a good while. Laundry is so cheap and they have cameras in there so it feels safer. I dont ever wanna leave
