        The Management lack a lot of skills in dealing with people. They dont follow through with their promises or actions. They make promises then go back on their word. Dont know if they are racist or have no idea what they are doing. Could be both!!!! Sorry I even looked at this property.

        Since Bel Air on 25th has purchased this property, they have renovated the swimming pool. They have made strides in replacing old plumbing, and have improved response to maintenance requests. The property is older, but is comparatively spacious for Abilene. The rent is reasonable, and the community fairly quiet and sporadically friendly.
