Parks’s Plumbing Pros

We had to have new outside water lines and two different plumbers came to look but never got back with us. My husbands nephew gave us Wesley Parks number. Wesley and his crew had redid his lines and he recommended them highly. I called and he came out gave me a very reasonable quote that day. Even though he had a family tragedy during this time, he kept in contact with me and his crew showed up. The job was not easy because our house is old and they had to dig under very old deep set concrete. Lines were replaced to the house and garage. They also replaced our hot water heater which was rusty and leaking. They did a great job. I highly recommend them.

I am extremely disappointed in my experience working with Wesley and Parks Plumbing Service. I paid for them to redo my septic back in September. That work was contracted to include leveling the ground. In addition, I paid $490 for an alarm to let me know if my sump pump stops working. The alarm has not been installed, the ground has not been leveled, and Wesley is ignoring my texts when I reach out to ask him when the work will be completed. I am unable to recommend this company as they have poor communication and even worse follow through.

Wesley came out on a Saturday morning to fix several problems with my sink and cleared out a clog in my bathroom sink at the same time. I'm very happy with his service.

Being a property manager, my tenants expect speedy service and repairs. I called several times and left messages every time, before I got an answer and then it was late on a Friday afternoon. They assured me they would be there before the day was over. They did not show and did not answer my calls on Saturday, did not answer my calls on Monday. The water leaked out on the ground all weekend. Finally I had to call someone else.
