        Whoever the young girl is that is supposed to be selling health insurance really needs to be trained. I called there last week trying to get information for an elderly relative and the young girl I spoke to basically told me it's not open enrollment and to call back after November 1st. Sadly, the girl didn't ask me one single question, take my name and number or anything. My next phone call was to Farm Bureau. After answering a few questions, I had an email with 3 different plans for me to review by the time I hung up the phone. If the first girl at VRW would have just asked me a few questions or even cared if she got my business, she would have learned that because my relative's spouse retired and she lost her current insurance, she didn't have to wait for open enrollment. I tried to email VR Williams both on their website and on Facebook, but neither contact worked.
