        Not much to look at from the outside but, lovely people, service, breakfast, and clean accommodations. We couldnt have asked for much better than that. Thank you Best Western, Winchester.

        Good room and hotel. But I called the hotel to book my room in advance and needed 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. I was very clear over the phone. I was told no problem we got u booked. When I arrived I was given a standard 2 bed room. When I said something to the lady I was told I'm sorry idk what happened someone is in that room for the same nights as u.. and offered a rollaway bed... (Twin for 2 people to sleep in!!! ) Extremely tired from the trip and it was late. We just squeezed together and slept best we could. I wasn't offered one of my nights free or anything. Not Happy at All!! Update: So I went and spoke with the guy at front and he lied to his manager and said he never told me that.. like 4 people plus kids all heard him tell me it was available! And then booked me. Finally after arguing with her calmly and explaining that this isn't on me Hun. She understands and gives me the one day off. And the deposit. So in 5 to 10 Business days I might get my money back. Rooms: Decent. Cost more than it's worth but it's decent.
