        I see no real purpose for this store to be open. It is simply a display store. My experience is as follows: I go in, speak with Michelle and find the couch/loveseat I saw on thier website for WINCHESTER. I let Michelle know I'd call her back if we wanted it. She says ok, I'll look to see if we have it in stock. I call back 4 hours later, let her know I'm coming in the morning to buy it. Again, she says she will check stock for it. Morning comes, I go in and am greeted by a guy who is nice and somewhat awkward. He asked if someone had called me the night before to explain all this. So, Michelle pased it off to someone who passed it off to the guy I saw this morning. You see, their location didn't have the furniture. Antioch does. And guess what?! I can "go get it yourself" or pay the Antioch store to deliver it to the Winchester store then have to pay to get it delivered to my house. Read that again folks. Then my guy says "Antioch is only about an hour away" THEN GO GET IT FOR ME. What is the purpose of the delivery truck in front of your store? Oh, a third party delivers but only on Sat/Sun. So, thanks Michelle for passing the buck. It was a waste of my time, but not my money.
