        During the check up the dentist wanted to see if my jaw was in place by putting pressure on it. He popped the right side out, without realizing it. So the pain of it has started to effect my day to day life. The next dental appointment I could get at another place is in December and in Franklin, TN from Winchester. I do not recommend going here, unless you want jaw pain and teeth in pain. - Update: Had to go to a specialist in Brentwood, TN and spend $1.800 on a mouth guard i have to wear 24/7 to alleviate the pain. The pain has gone down thanks to using it.

        I wouldn't recommend any one to go here because they charge extra money and its a rip off place to be at... I would rather go somewhere else. Also if you miss a appointment they will charge $60.. Which is unbelievable..

        The employees and the dentist were very professional and kind. The Dr was the most gentle dentist I have ever been to. I recommend them to anyone needing dental work.

      Brad T,I'm sorry that you are experiencing jaw pain. This is the first I have heard of it. We treat many types of jaw and tooth pain everyday including myo-spasms, jaw or disc dislocations, cavities, abscesses and many others. I can't tell from your description exactly what the problem is, a dislocated disc or sprained jaw muscles or something else entirely are possibilities. We would appreciate the opportunity to diagnose and fix whatever the problem is before leaving us a negative review. At the very least you could let us know something went wrong.

      Yes, we make significant efforts by calling texting and emailing our patients ahead of time to make sure you can make your appointment at the reserved time. That is the time you committed to when you made the appointment and the time we set aside to be able to serve you to the best of our ability. We understand things can happen to disrupt that. We also don't want to prevent people who need care from being able to receive it because someone made an appointment they weren't going to make, or inconvenience someone who came on time because someone before them didn't make their promised appointment time. To prevent the abusive behavior of some people toward our staff and other patients in this way; we do charge a missed appointment fee. It is $1 for every minute of the time that was reserved for that patients care. I really don't like doing that. But, I have found that people who really needed care and had something come up tend to pay the fee or offer an apology and people that had no intention of showing up and were just being abusive of our team and other patients don't come back and relieve us all of the burden of their behavior. Sometimes they leave mean google reviews too :)
