I would like to say I have never posted a negative review. Please steer clear of this unprofessional and unethical Company. Without writing a book, I would like to say the person that showed up was unprofessional, rude, complaining and argumentative. I believe he was this way because he was inept. We had water coming down from an upstairs bathroom into out dinning room ceiling. He made the problem worst and left our house in a mess, i.e., drywall dust and debris all over my kitchen. He cut a hole over our dinning room table and dropped the big piece of drywall directly on my table. No cardboard, no tarp on the floor. He started insulting my husband and I asked him to leave our house. He did not move. I asked him again to leave or I was going to call the police. he still did not move. All the while he was complaining under his breath. I was so nervous I thought he might harm me. My husband then after asking him to leave the third time blocked him towards the door and I opened it. He had to be forced out of our house. We phone HPD and filed a complaint. An officer arrived and took the report. The officer told us he would contact the owner and let him know that this person was to not step foot onto our property. My Husband phoned the company and they condoned his behavior. No apology, no I am sorry. The owner then told my husband that he would come by personally and clean up the mess. He never showed. Yet another display of lack of integrity. The man was about 65, 5’10, long white beard, thin and wore a hat. He seems to have aggression particularly towards women. They are the warranty company for our home builder. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. We where in shock for hours after this incident.
