        This haunted hotel is located in the downtown area of beautiful & historic Watrace, Tennessee. The building was built in 1917 & is supposedly haunted by one of it's first owners, a man named Floyd Carothers. A World Champion Walking Horse named Strolling Jim is buried behind the hotel, also. The people in this area are so nice.....definitely loved visiting this place.
