        Took truck for a alignment they could not align due to do some issues no one called to tell me anything besides it ready to go upon on arrival i learned they couldnt align truck due to something needing to be fixed and still charged me for doing nothing

        I always buy my tires at Goodyear Auto Service in Union City, TN. I've had issues with tires in the past and they always take great care of anything I need. Very friendly people at service desk and I'm always greeted with a smile.

        Wouldn't recommend them @ all. Was brushed off as if my vehicle was not a priority ( even though I had an appointment) due to the facts that they were "swamped". Very rude and dismissive.
