        My son rented an apartment from them and his privacy was nonexistant. The property manager was rude every single time we spoke. So rude, in fact, that it would be safe to say that her treating people like they are beneath her is a hobby. She wanted my son to do as she said but would not fix the huge gaping hole in his cabinet in the kitchen, nor would she fix his toilet. It may be business, but the way you treat people as you conduct business speaks volumes about the owners and the employees

        They will literally make you sign your privacy away. The exterminators have a key to your apartment and will let themselves in without any kind of notice of visitation. If you expect them to warn you of inspections then I'm sorry but they will show up unannounced and walk right in. It took 6 months for them just to call someone to fix a leak in the roof. All in all a terrible waste of money and time.
