        1st visit ordered the Rubin wait was a little long not busy and after lunch crowd. Sandwich was what I had hoped for lots of meat and done right. Sweet tea was very good also.

        The sandwich was really cold, like it was pre-made. They gave me the wrong kind of chips. I filled out a survey. They apologized, explained the process. They said I can mention I want my sandwich toasty and they will make sure it's warm. The meat is not heated on some sandwiches so you have to mention it. I was really impressed with the actions taken.

        If you want a half sandwich this is the place for you. Order the full size sandwich and there will be half a sandwich worth of meat right in the middle so when they cut it in half it will look like a whole sandwich. Also, dont know who put it together, but it was supposed to have sauce on it and it did. Down next to the end in each side where there was no meat. What a waste of money! Also, they MAKE you add a tip to the ticket. Dont give you any other option. First visit here and also the last. Wont be back.
