Absolute Pawfection

The staff were friendly and very welcoming! I was afraid to switch groomers, but my pup and I both felt like we were at home! My dog almost didn't want to leave because of the amount of attention they gave!

I was taking my dog to a different place, and he always acted like he was traumatized after the groom for 3 days. I thought it was because he was old.... nope. My dogs is happy going in here, and leaving. He is always happy. And they treat him like the little king he is. I'd give them more stars if I could.

Hi to anyone reading this review. I have 4 large dogs, all German Shepherd or Shepard mix. I needed to find a reasonably priced and caring groomer to establish a new relationship with. I'm new to the area, and was referred to the salon from a competitor, as they no longer due large dogs. I contacted the salon and was immediately greeted with a friendly voice on the other end. They were able to get one of my dogs in immediately, as she needed special attention for health reasons. My other 3 pups were scheduled quickly just a few days later. I was feeling really good about the situation. I picked up my pup that went alone this morning and was extremely happy with the service I received. The staff was friendly and professional. The salon was clean and well looked after. I got a chance to meet the owner and a few of the groomers. It's obvious that they love what they do. My baby looked wonderful!!! She was happy when I picked her up, and it was obvious that she didn't experience any kennel stress while waiting on me to come get her. Can't wait to take my other pups in this coming Wednesday. I would highly recommend this salon over two other groomers I tried out before finding Absolute Pawfection. Thanks Ladies on a job well done.

Price point was average, brought in my Maltzhu and asked for a teddy cut, was told they were unable to do it due to his hair type, which is fine. I asked for his head to be left fluffy and shaped up and to trim his body. Received him back with a VERY choppy, uneven cut all over his body. His ears did not appear to be trimmed or shaped and his head was trimmed up in some places, but definitely not left fluffy, except the neanderthal brow he was left with. Very dissatisfied with our groom and will not be returning. Every person I have shown him to has asked what has happened to his fur as it is looking absolutely terrible.
