        I purchased a rocker recliner in November. I purchased the protection plan, and picked it up in store because $150 to drive it 2 blocks to my house was a ridiculous price. Now, 3 months later the screws on the base of the rocker have wallowed out. I am now told since I picked it up at the store, I have to bring it back to the store myself for repair or maybe replacement. I did not sell or produce defective workmanship and don't believe I should have to be responsible for bringing it to the store for repair. I don't have the means to bring it to the store and must rely on friends and the schedule of their lives. So now here I sit.... No ... Stand waiting on putting Badcock furnitures responsibility onto my friends or family. This is a very bad business practice. Oh and if I had paid $150 for delivery they would come pick it up. Shouldn't you be taking responsibility for your defective furniture regardless of who delivered it?? Very unhappy!!!!! Not a way to instill loyalty!!
