A one is even too much for this company. They take your money, then to hell with giving you any kind of service. We moved here two years ago, and the water pressure is so low, you can hardly wash your hands, and the breaks happen several times a week. No emergency OnCall after hours. You tell them you have no water, they tell you there is just air in the lines, to leave your faucet run for two hours. Why can't Tennessee get a water company in here who knows what they are doing, and want to help the customer? This is supposed to be a co-op, but the owners get no help from this lazy company. Show up for the paycheck, but don't do the work.

After reading the reviews online, I think it is imperative to post my own review for AT Utilities. I have lived in the area since 2004 and I have NEVER experienced anything but courtesy, professionalism and competence from the internal staff as well as the journeymen who are employeed to attend to water leaks, questions regarding my invoice, as well as billing while I serve out of state. As a nurse, I understand customer service, and it only takes is a squint of the eye, one minute longer on hold than a person can stand, or a long line to pay your bill with a truckload of rowdy kids on board after a long day at work to get on here and write a negative review. Alpha Talbott Utility Employees, please accept my sincere appreciation for the twenty years of care, trust, courtesy that we have ALL received. KEep up the great work you do and... we are with out water alot and when it is off it is off 4 to 5 hours. I just do not understand and water leaks everywhere around us need water please

If I could leave 0 stars I would!!! In the 25 years I have been on my on I have never had my water turned off. I forgot to pay 1 month and they turn it off!! I got money that's not a problem!!! How bout maybe a phone call saying you forgot to pay your bill. Payed 5 minutes after they turned it off and takes them 2 hours to turn it back on. Customer service doesn't even care. Some competition for some of these company's would be great so maybe they would change their attitude. Not like you can shop for your water and electricity.
