A&W Restaurant

I put 3 stars because I love the cheeseburger but more than dissatisfied with my service from the little old grumpy lady (Judy) at the front counter. Myself and 2 others had ordered the papa burger and she rolled her eyes every time we each ordered because she had to report that they needed 2 patties on the grill. Then made the rude comment of "I'm glad A&W is going away!" I was happy when I walked in here, now I feel like my money isn't even good here because I ordered a cheeseburger. This lady does not like her job and I don't appreciate the service I received at ALL! VERY RUDE! I felt bad for the girl that had to work beside her because we could see how embarrassed she was by this behavior as well.

What a huge disappointment!!!!! Only A&W Ive ever been to for a root beer float that did not put it in a frosty mug. $4 for this?!?!

Quaint little retro environment with the friendliest staff. The Papa burger just became my favorite sandwich. Amazing flavor combination.

I have tried calling this establishment at least 8 times, only to get to a disconnected line. The service workers obviously did not want to come in to work when I dined and it showed. Again, Ive tried calling and no answers. Do not try to call their advertised phone line as it does not work.
