Volunteer Federal Savings Bank

Typically the people that work at this Bank are usually very nice and helpful. But not recently, today I called asking some questions about some business I had and the lady that I talked to told me she was going to put me on hold. Well I guess she forgot to put me on hold because then she started talking to her co-workers mocking everything that I had said to her and making fun of me. I don't appreciate being treated like this today I was very disrespected whenever I was just asking honest questions. And I really hope that somebody talks to her and tells her that she needs to quit being so rude to people. Seriously though, I don't want somebody knowing all my financial information that treats people like that.
