I never had problems with my Septic, however, when it came to conduct a routine clean-out of the tank, I called Elitte Septic. The previous (very dishonest) owners of my home had told me the location of the clean out lid, however, this was incorrect. Routine maintenance now turned into a major repair since the location of the actual lid was buried under over a foot of concrete in an unknown location. Rob with Cody as his right-hand man, worked the problem without wasting any time. Cody first found the location of the tank with a camera and then Rob came back to cut and jack-hammer the concrete. Immediately following, a new riser and steel lid was installed to complete the job. The team even matched my aggregate concrete by adding river rock to the mix for it to blend in with the rest of my driveway. Overall, the repair cost half of what was initially quoted, and was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend the Elitte Septic Team to anyone. They are honest, efficient, and do exactly what they promise: what more can you expect?! Thank you to Rob, Cody and Grayson for the excellent work!

The service they did on my property was good. The customer service from the lady on the phone and Greyson were completely unprofessional. I would never talk to a customer the way they have talked to me. I own a rental property and pay my bills the same time every month. I was told I was going to have my septic returned to my front yard if I didnt pay 2 hours after service. Then to top it I was told the service was $450-$475 and they said I owe them $570. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Completely unprofessional.

Crew came out today (a bit ahead of schedule but that was communicated) and did a great job of emptying a septic tank that was borderline about to literally overflow. I could swear that I heard Cousin Eddie out on the street shouting something. They explained the process and encouraged me to view their work in action. Glad I didn't eat lunch! The guys were engaged in their poo work, thorough, and answered all my questions and concerns to my satisfaction. Also appreciate their preparedness in having enough extraction line to work from the driveway and avoid parking in the middle of my yard. I will definitely be contacting Elitte and the Doo Doo Gurus for future poo projects.
