I met with Andy several years before I made the decision to list my house. Andy was always responsive and helpful as I patiently waited to make the decision to list. Andy provided a great plan to list the house and it was sold in 3 days, above asking. During the process, I relocated out of state. Even with this, he made the process simple. He kept me updated with what was happening. He definitely made me feel like I had someone on my side since I could not be there.
