Wow I called and spoke with John in sales about a exmark project I have going on. They looked up which motor went on my 2014 laser z and told me they had no further information except for the name of the motor.. I was under the impression that if this mower was purchased from there they would have the specs on it and be able to tell me exactly which motor I need.. but that was not the case. John became agitated and hung up in my face. He is very disrespectful and I am very disappointed in the manner of which he handled my phone call.. #blatantdisrespect Response to response.. The truth of the matter is your customer service skills are lacking. I've been in the hospitality industry for many years and just because a customer is standing in front of me in the store does not mean that someone who calls on the phone is irrelevant. Lots of sales can be generated over a simple kind phone call. Regardless of what the owner's opinion is it is very disrespectful to hang up on someone regardless if they're requesting information that is going to be profitable for their business or not sometimes answering a simple questions can cause you to make a lot more money. I'm disappointed of the way people can be so disrespectful and get away with it. Just say someone disrespects me like that to my face I will punch them in the mouth..

Wasn't shopping for big ticket item. Just some oil an filters. I was treated like I was buying all they had. Really got a good vibe there. They went above an beyond to answer my questions an get me the things I needed. In the future this will be where I buy my lawn care products.

Everyone here is great! Just bought a new Scag V-ride 2 and a bunch of new redmax equipment from them. Everyone is knowledgeable about the equipment they have. Great communication through the whole process. Had them install a qwikchute on the mower, which was done well. Friendly and professional across the board. I will definitely take all of my future business there, and I recommend you do the same.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Very knowledgeable of the area and what mower or tractor would be best without the typical upsale. They are so good their service time is booked out about a two weeks.
