        We had to go out in the middle of a snowy night after a scary episode and Dr. Arthur Gross and Molly were my husbands caregivers. We could not be more appreciative and thankful for the care he was given by the whole team.

        went in tonight for, lack of saying, an emergency after a chaotic 24 hours. I have never felt more safe and comfortable in a medical clinic before. The nurses/doctors who took care of me - primarily dr Gross and corrie (forgive me if i spelled her name wrong) made the whole visit so much easier. they eased my skyrocketed nerves through light banter and reassured me multiple times. As someone with severe anxiety and someone who's never had to go to an ER before, having a staff of nurses and doctors that ensured i felt safe and comfortable and that i was okay meant so much. thank you guys

        Emergency room visit after a fall, went amazingly well. Everyone from initial contact, through final release were both friendly and professional. My visit included ekg, multiple x-rays, Dr exam in a really nice environment. Left with printed diagnosis, prescription and guidance on way to quickest recovery. My advice is don't use use a folding chair as a ladder. And if you need emergency medical care go to NorthCrest.
